Power of Partnership:
Rural Voices - Shared Vision

We’re proud to kick off the 2025 TRHA Conference: Action Alliances – Engaging Stakeholders in Workforce and Advocacy Initiatives by celebrating the Power of Partnership & the #PowerOfRural!

In collaboration with the State Office of Rural Health (SORH), we are honored to share that, for the second consecutive year, Governor Greg Abbott has responded to our request with a signed proclamation recognizing November 20, 2025, as Rural Health Day in Texas!

This announcement launches our statewide celebration, “The Power of Partnership: Rural Voices, Shared Vision,” as part of the nationwide National Rural Health Day campaign the #PowerOfRural led by the NOSORH National Organization of State Offices of Rural Health along with the National Rural Health Association and other partners to honor the incredible work of rural healthcare providers, communities, organizations, State Offices of Rural Health, and other partners dedicated to strengthening rural America.

Together, we’re uniting rural voices to highlight the people, places, and programs that sustain healthcare in every corner of Texas and across the country.
