About the Conference:
Hospital & Clinic Registration Information: Hospitals and Clinics can register for the Spring Conference by clicking here. This registration link is for hospital and clinic attendees only. There is a $50 cancellation fee until March 30, no refunds after that date. You are allowed to substitute registration for another hospital or clinic attendee without a cancellation fee.
Exhibitor Prospectus: Please click here to download the conference prospectus. The prospectus is available to review packages and offerings. You cannot register from the files in the prospectus. All of that is handled online and is currently open to Endorsed Partners and Corporate Members only.
Exhibitor Registration: Registration is currently open to all Vendors. Please note: if you are not a member of the Association you will be invoiced the non-member fee and this must be paid 30 days before the show starts.
